Exercising at the “Right” Time
You have a personal preference as to when you can and will want to work out. It is just one of those things that either feels right, or it doesn’t, however, a lot of times life has different plans for us. As you will see from this article, this is no big deal, it happens to the best of us. No matter what time of day you work out if you are motivated you will make it work.
If you loathe the idea of working out in the morning we do sympathize with you. When that happens you will feel fine with a hard morning work out. We will talk more about some other great points, as follows.

Some reasons for exercising during the early day hours include the positive benefits to your body. Even a ten minute break can offer an opportunity for a power walk. If you have flexibility in your break schedule this offers even more convenience for you. As your body progresses throughout the day it will respond better to exercise as it acclimates to activity. It only stands to reason that your mind will follow your body’s cues for afternoon or evening exercise.
Your environment is something you should be aware of when engaging in afternoon or lunch time fitness activity. Research has proven that lungs function at less than optimum around lunch time. The ideal environment for aerobic activity would be somewhere other than a busy street on a power walk. Even still this is still better than not trying to do anything at all. Just remember to take extra precautions especially during hot and humid summer months. Keep yourself well hydrated.
If you can, keep your workouts in the late afternoon. There are many compelling reasons for this. Research proves that we are of course more physically capable of working out in the late afternoon. Late afternoons tend to be the best time for your endurance as well. This time of day is best because our muscles are already firing at full bore making us less prone to injury. But it also depends on what your fitness program is, but no matter what it is best to stick to the later-in-the-day time frame.
Working during the day offers you extra opportunity for exercise. But if you do not work during the day, then find the optimum time and then stay with it.
